Exel Soapy Cream is a unique cleanser for acne prone skin which is highly concentrated with active ingredients to help minimise pimples, soften blocked pores and leave the skin smooth, soft and deeply clean.
 
Contains Tea Tree oil to neutralise the acne causing bacteria and colloidal sulphur, a mineral which helps to clear the skin and minimise inflammation.
 
Hydrates and softens skin. Cleanses oily and greasy skin thoroughly and can be used in place of soap. Contains Tea Tree Oil and Colloidal Sulphur.
 
Directions: Work a pea sized amount of soapy cream cleanser into the skin with water to emulsify the product. Gently massage, rinse and repeat.
 
Recommended for: Oily and/or acne-prone skin.
